Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
Using BusinessRealm means you agree to these terms.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. BusinessRealm is operated by SpeakerRealm LLC ("BusinessRealm", "we", "us").
2. What BusinessRealm is
We give you AI-assisted business planning tools and content — not a professional adviser.
Mason, your AI Business Architect, interviews you across a series of sessions and produces a Business Blueprint™, a Launch Checklist™, brand direction, and optionally a website built from your Blueprint. All of it is planning material you review, edit and act on yourself.
3. Not legal, tax or financial advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and we never file anything for you.
State formation, licensing and tax content is informational only, summarized from official sources and always linked back to them. BusinessRealm does not form entities, submit filings, or interact with any government agency on your behalf. Verify fees, deadlines and requirements with the relevant agency, and consult a licensed attorney or accountant before acting.
4. AI-generated content can be wrong
Mason's output is a draft — check it before you rely on it.
Blueprints, research findings, checklists, names, copy and brand assets are generated by AI models. They can contain errors, outdated facts or invented details. You are responsible for verifying anything you publish, file, sign or spend money on, including name availability, trademark clearance and competitor or pricing claims.
5. Your data and your assets
Your business information and the brand assets we generate for you are yours.
You retain ownership of everything you record, upload or provide, and of the logos, brand kits, site copy and Blueprint content produced for your business. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcribe and deliver that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train external AI models.
6. Recordings and transcripts
Voice sessions and phone calls with Mason are recorded and transcribed into your private vault.
Recording is how the Blueprint gets written in your own words. Recordings and transcripts are stored privately to your account, visible only to you, and can be exported or deleted at any time from Settings. Do not put other people on a call with Mason without telling them the call is recorded.
7. Payments
One-time purchases and subscriptions are billed through Stripe; you can cancel a subscription any time.
Stripe processes all payments; we never see or store your card number. One-time products (Business Blueprint™, logo package, BusinessSite setup, Launch Bundle) are charged once. Subscriptions (Personal Mason™, BusinessSite hosting) auto-renew monthly until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Included voice minutes reset each period and do not roll over. Manage billing from Settings.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use BusinessRealm for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
Do not use the service to plan or operate unlawful activity, impersonate another person or business, harass or defraud anyone, scrape or resell the service, or attempt to bypass access controls and entitlements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is, and our liability is capped at what you paid us.
BusinessRealm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
California law governs these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
11. Changes
If we change something material, we'll tell you.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email and posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
